EISEL, William
The funeral of William Eisel was held this afternoon from his home. Rev. Harry Hursh Beldleium had charge. Interment was in the German Lutheran cemetery. Mr. Eisel, who was found dead early Monday morning, near Union Cut, having been struck by a passing train. He was thrown over a six foot embankment on a pile of rocks. He was on duty as a watchman. When found, his watch was still running but his lantern was broken. He was a charter member of the Mountain City Council, No. 11, Jr. 0. U. A. M. Mr. Eisel is survived by his widow, and the following children: Mrs. J. Millard Hughes of Cumberland. Md.: Raymond, Catherine, Edna, and Harry; also his aged father and the following brothers and sisters, Mr. Jacob Eisel, his twin brother, George Eisel of Frostburg; Henry Eisel of Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Edward Downton, Mrs. Philip Jenkins, Mrs. John Sullivan, of Frostburg; and Mrs. William Howell, of Morrell, Neb.

EISEL, Mrs. Annie (Offman)
Frostburg - Mrs. Annie Eisel, 83, widow of William Eisel, died last night in Cumberland. The body was brought to the Durst Funeral Home for services Friday at 1:30 P.M. A native of Frostburg, Mrs. Eisel was a daughter of the late Henry and Catherine Offman. Her husband died in 1920. Survivors include two sons, Harry D. and Raymond Eisel, Frostburg; a daughter, Mrs. William Clement, Rock Hill, S. C.; a sister. Mrs. Mary Crowe, Cumberland, and five grandchildren. Rev. Howard Stoudt, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church will conduct final rites. Interment will be in Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church Cemetery.
