OFFMAN, Miss Della FROSTBURG - Miss Della Offman, 70, of Grahamtown, died yesterday at Miners Hospital. She was born in Frostburg, a daughter of the late Philip and Hannah (Yates) Offman.  The only survivor is a nephew, Philip Offman, Grahamtown.  The body will be at the residence in Grahamtown where services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m.  Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
