THOMAS,  Mrs. Katherine (Offman) Frostburg, April 3 - Mrs. Katherine (Offman) Thomas, 70, widow of James Thomas, dropped dead of a heart attack at noon today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Price, 102 West Main Street. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Sue, Sally, Mary Jane and David Price, all of Frostburg; three sisters, Mrs. William Horchler, New Castle, Pa.; Mrs. William J. Crowe, Cumberland; and Mrs. Annie Eisel, Frostburg.
