In the name of God amen I Margaret Neff of Allegany County and State of Maryland being sick and weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me hence do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say
First and principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named after my debts and funeral charges are paid I devise and bequeath as follows
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Easter and her heirs all my Kitchen furniture consisting of one large copper Kettle one Bell mettle[sic] Kittle[sic] Two Iron pots Two Ten[sic] Kettles six New Chairs and all the old ones be there many or few one piece of Home made Lining and all the fragments of Lining ~
I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Neff one Clock and Case as it now stands his fathers watch one New waggon[sic] the wind Mill (on dutch[sic] Farm) the Stove in the house and the stove in the Shop together with all the tools used in the Pottery and the dining forks also one feather bead[sic] and bedding six sheets and three Cover lids[?coverlets?] and three quilts
I devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal after my decease to be sold by my executors the proceeds to be equally divided among all my children in equal Portions share and share alike except my son Henry who I wish and desire to have one hundred Dollars more to his share than either of my other children.
And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint Emanuel Easter to be Sole Executor of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me heretofore made ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this third day of October in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred twenty seven.

The Orphans Court
At a session of the Orphans' Court held today there were present Judges Davis, Brashears, Dando and John B. Shannon, register.
John A. Nelson, administrator of Andrew Nelson, late of Allegany county, deceased, filed a list of debts due and owing to said deceased.
John A. Nelson, administrator of Andrew Nelson, late of Allegany county, deceased, filed an inventory of the personal property, and an order was passed authorizing the sale of same.

 I, John A. Nelson of Eckhart Mines, Maryland, being in full possession of all my faculties, and capable of making a valid deed or contract, knowing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in the manner following, that is to say:
 I commend my soul to Almighty God, and my body I commit to the earth to be decently buried, and after the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I will, devise and bequeath my property in the following manner.
 FIRST: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Rose B. Nelson, all of my property, both real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situated, of which I may die seized and possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death.
 SECOND: I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Rose B. Nelson, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament and desire that she be excused from filing bond for the faithful performance of her duties.
 THIRD: I hereby revoke all wills and codicils heretofore made by me and constitute this my last will and testament.
 Witness my hand and seal this 18th day of August, 1931.

 In the name of God, Amen.
I, Christian Niner, of District No 10, Garrett Co. Md. being now sick but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death, and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs do therefore make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz:
 First and principally I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body ot the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named; after my debts and personal charges are paid I devise and bequeath as follows:
 I give and devise to my Children Charles Niner, Elizabeth Niner, Louis Niner, John Niner, Thomas Niner, Joseph Niner, Helen Niner, and Margaretha Niner, the sum of One dollar each.
 I give and devise to my dear Wife Christena Niner, all my right, title, claim and interest in my one half interest in the piece or lot of ground lying and situate in Garrett Co. Md designated on the Plat of "Stock Farm" as Lot No 7, which lot of ground was conveyed by F. B. Horwitz and Mary B. Horwitz to my Wife by deed dated Novbr 18" 1881, and recorded in Liber W.H.T. No 6 Folio 54&c one of the Land Records of Garrett County, a half interest in which lot of ground was afterward conveyed to me by Deed from my Wife Christena Niner.
 I also give and devise to my Wife Christena Niner, all my personal property, Household and Kitchen Furniture, Live Stock, Chattels, Moneys, notes and securities, debts due me and outstanding.
 And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my dear Wife Christena to be sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I wish that my said Executrix shall be excused from the necessity of giving bond, for her performance of her duties as Executrix.
 In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and and seal this 18th day of January 1890.
